The tollywood actress Swathi, who is famous as colors Swathi is on the threshold of accepting to play the lead role in Geethanjali 2 which is a sequel to the very victorious movie Geethanjali that came out with SVSC actress, Anjali.

As it is known, the last year released Geethanjali became a blockbuster with its entertaining script with the combination of comedy, thriller and the horror genre. Now, the sequel of the movie is coming out as Geethanjali 2 and they said that the colors famous actress, Swathi is selected as the lead to the film. When the sources asked, Swathi’s mother said, “Yes, they approached me for the film and we finalised the script but have not signed the film officially yet.”

The same technical field which worked for the first film are going to work for this movie too. Presently, the Kakathiya actress is very busy with her three films in Tamil and with a couple of films in Malayalam. Earlier, some rumours came about Swathi that she rejected an offer from Nagarjuna. Bt, when the sources asked about this, Swathi’s mom said, “How can we reject a film from Nagarjuna? Swathi and Nag are good friends and she respects him a lot. She is busy shooting in Kerala and couldn’t accommodate the dates that they wanted. It’s not about money.”

And then, the actress Swathi posted in her Facebook page by explaining about the situation says, “sic) Supposedly I refused acting opposite a star like Nagarjuna because I quoted a huge remuneration and they didn’t give it?? But guess what? I ain’t the kind to give up working opposite him over money issues. That’s dumb. Am honestly tied up with my sweet little films and the teams are working non-stop round-the-clock and giving it their all. I cannot make it worse for them by sending them date shockers. The ‘business pandits’ think it’s my loss and blah blah but I can’t make everyone happy. FYI I absolutely adore Nagarjuna and think he is the warmest, most handsome and classy man ever!” Now, we have to wait and watch what will turns out to this chubby bubbly heroine.
