Tamil Nadu Open University (TNOU), Chennai inviting applications from eligible people for admission to distance Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program offered under the optional subjects: Tamil/ English/ Mathematics/ Science/ Social and Computer Science/ Commerce/ Economics for the session January 2016. TNOU Distance BEd Admission 2016 detailed information is given below

Eligibility Criteria for TNOU Distance BEd:

The candidates those who have completed the UG degree examination in 11+1+3 or 10+2+3 stream are only eligible to apply for this course. Applicant should also have additional certificates as listed below.

Trained In-service teachers with D.T.Ed. in any Government recognized school within Tamil Nadu state. and

 The candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education program through face-to-face mode.

The application form can be obtained either in person or by post by paying the fee of Rs.500/-. Selection for admission into Distance B.Ed will be made only based on the marks obtained in the UG degree (rank list) and community reservation policy of Government of Tamil Nadu.  A detaild information like application form , admission process and eligibility criteria can be get from the below given url link.
