Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) civil services main exam 2015 results has been uploaded with the list of all successful candidates roll number in the official website www.upsc.gov.in today.

The results of UPSC civil services main examination that was conducted in the year 2014 were declared tonight by the Union Public Service Commission. And officials from organization said that next test for personality will be conducted from 27th April. There are thousands of candidates, who appeared the civil services main exam that was conducted from 14th to 20th December, 2014.

It is known that the UPSC examination is to select officers for different posts such as below including other.

  • Indian Administrative Service (IAS)
  • Indian Foreign Service (IFS)
  • Indian Police Service (IPS)

And the exam is conducted in three stages namely preliminary, main and interview to select appropriate candidates for each post.

There was a petition filed in the Supreme Court by Centre in order to review their verdict that scrapped reservation for Jat community. But keeping it to decide later, the exam results have been declared today. Finally, a list that holds all roll numbers of all successful candidates in the exam have been put up on the UPSC’s website, www.upsc.gov.in.

The decision of former UPA regime to include Jats community in central list of Other Backward Classes (OBCs) was kept aside by the Supreme Court and declared these UPSC results today. Seeking on quota benefits of Jats, the community people filed a case but seeking for a review, Centre had moved the apex court on April 1.
