New XC 60 is the third model crossover car from Volvo which will be displayed at the 2017 Paris Motor Show.

The Swedish car manufacturers Volvo who started their second generation cars with the names XC 90 SUV, S 90 sedan model and V 90 Station wagon cars are now ready to introduce XC 60.

XC 60 is spied on the Amsterdam roads while it is testing the pre-production prototypes. Volvo aims to make the passengers life safer while driving the company’s vehicle by the year 2020. With this view, the company is planning to introduce the XC60 in the year 2018 with an auto-breaking system.

Based on the Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) as its previous models, the new model will also have the same lines as per its engine too.

The XC60 is expected to have a 3 and 4 cylinder engines among which one will be a hybrid vehicle. A 2.0 litre turbocharged 4 cylinder engine with 254 hp and T5 gasoline powerplant option. The T6 plug-in hybrid version, with around 350 hp or 400 hp engine.
