Chennai: Santhanam is coming again as a Vaaliba raja with labeled India’s first psycho comedy flick. these is the debut movie of Santhanam and Nushrat Bharucha who is Bollywood actress as played parallel role.

Santhanam and Sethu who acted in the successful ‘Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasayaa’ is back with ‘Vaaliba Raja’. The movie is labelled as India’s first Psycho comedy flick. Murali produces the movie under Vanks vision banner. Sai Gokul Ramanath directs the project.

This is his debut venture. The shooting started from 2013 and it was wrapped up by February 2014. Santhanam essays role of a psychiatrist. Bollywood actress Nushrat Bharucha was roped in to parallel female lead apart from Vishaka Singh.

Rest of the characters include actors like Jaya Parkash, Sriranjini, VTV Ganesh, Devadarshini, Chitra Lakshmanan, Neelima Rani, Subbu Panchu and Meera Krishnan. The producers are struggling to find a suitable time to release the movie. So far they were unable to find the right time. Radhan scores tunes.

Technical team includes Loganathan Srinivasan for cinematography and Sathyaraj Natarajan for editing. Now the makers have decided to release the movie on 1st January. The movie will release along with ‘Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam’ and ‘Tharkaapu’.
