CLAT 2016 2nd seat allotment list: To get admission in the LLB or LLM courses in any of the 17 NLUs through this Common Law Admission Test, it is necessary that your name should present in the CLAT 2016 seat allotment list

The candidates who have appeared in the examination and secure merit rank can participate in the counselling process. Candidates will get admission on 2252 seats of Law Universities for 5 year integrated courses like BA LLB, B.com LLB and B.SC LLB etc. Seat allocation will be based on candidates merit rank in CLAT 2016.

The second list having the names of finalised candidates after payment of counselling fee and additional waitlisted candidates was released on 13th June 2016. A list of waitlisted candidates was also released in the second list ( who are provisionally selected against dropped out candidates, if any ) .

The additional candidates provisionally selected against dropped candidates are required to pay the requisite counselling fee of Rs. 50,000/- and exercise their option of ‘lock’ or ‘shift’ between 14th-17th June 2016.

These provisionally selected candidates can withdraw from the admission process up to 17th June 2016. However, a fee of Rs. 10,000/- will be deducted from the deposited counselling fee .Any withdrawal after the stipulated period (June 17th) will result in forfeiture of the entire amount of counselling fee.

Third allotment list for CLAT 2016 is scheduled to be released on 20th -22nd June 2016.
