Two-wheeler automakers in India are getting prepared for their Upcoming Bikes launch which ranges from a fuel-efficient bike to a proper off-road bike.
Bajaj Pulsar 400 CS – Observing a great potential in the sports segment, Indian brand Bajaj Auto revealed its latest model CS 400 at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. “CS” symbolises Cruiser Sport. With a powerful engine 375 cc and aggressive stance of single-cylinder, a fuel-injected engine will produce 40 Bhp.
Bajaj Pulsar NS 150 – Similar to the lines of the NS 200 and NS 150 models, the Bajaj Pulsar NS 180 may be delivered. This model is believed to fill the gap between NS 200 and NS 150. The look more or less will be similar to its siblings. A single cylinder, liquid-cooled 180 cc engine with 20 Bhp of power and 16 Nm of torque is expected.
Bajaj Pulsar RS 400 – RS 200 is the first fully faired Pulsar bike in the country by the company. Delhi Auto Expo 2014 unveiled this bike along with CS 400, the Bajaj RS 400. This comes with a specification of 375 cc, single-pot, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine.
Hero Xtreme 200 S – TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, KTM Duke 200 and Bajaj Pulsar AS200, the Hero MotoCorp Xtreme 200S bears to provide a robust nature and charming personality, this model is launched in a well-established counterparts place. Based on a diamond type frame, this is more powerful than the existing Xtreme.Cheetah inspired design and enhanced riding capabilities are the additional features of this bike. This comes with a 200 cc engine with four-stroke, single cylinder, air-cooled technology. The engine produces 18.5 Bhp of power and 17.2Nm of peak torque. This is a five-speed transmission bike.
Hero XF3R Concept – Hero MotoCorp is working on mid-segment high-performance engine, arresting design and powerful style. It will be competing against the likes of Benelli TNT 300, Mahindra Mojo and the Bajaj Pulsar CS 400. As of now, nothing is announced regarding this vehicle.
Hero Splendor iSmart 110 – Revealed at the Delhi Auto Expo 2016, comes with air-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder, 110 cc engine. Hero Splendor iSmart technology makes the engine Idle Stop and Start System. That turns off the engine while the bike is idling and in neutral. It then automatically starts as soon as the clutch is depressed and the bike is put into 1st gear.
Hero HX 250 – It is a mid-size performance-oriented quarter litre bike. This was planned to launch yesterday itself, but postponed because the company does not want to miss any opportunity while launching its first fully faired 250cc bike. A single-pot, fuel-injected, water-cooled, 249 cc engine with 31 Bhp maximum power and 26Nm of torque are the specifications for this bike.
Honda CRF 1000 L Africa Twin – Delhi Auto Expo 2016 Unveiled the bike. Honda Africa Twin employs a 998cc, parallel-twin engine along with a unicum four-valve design and a 270-degree crankshaft. This motor produces 94 Bhp and 98Nm of power and torque, respectively.
Honda NXR 160 – It is an air-cooled, single-cylinder, 162cc engine bike. Honda is soon believed to launch the NXR 160 for off-road enthusiasts to fill the gap in one of the most neglected segments.
KTM Duke 390 – This bike is a comprehensively new design that looks sharper with enhanced power figures and modern hardware. Performance and pricing are crafted by the company with this bike launch.
TVS Akula 310 – Made its first appearance in the Delhi Auto Expo 2016. this is a racing bike which is expected to hit the Indian roads by the end of the year. The specifications of this bike suggest a four-stroke, single cylinder, water-cooled, 300 cc engine that will pump out 33.5 Bhp of power and 28Nm of peak torque.
Yamaha MT 03 – The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer, Yamaha is working on a smaller street fighter for the Indian market. This comes with a 321 cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine.
BMW G 310 R – One of the astonishing bikes in the world. Th bike is manufactured at TVS manufacturing plant. While BMW is taking care of its technology, this comes with a single-pot, four-stroke, water-cooled 313cc engine. The maximum of 34 Bhp of power and 28Nm torque.
Benelli Tornado 302 – Delhi Auto Expo 2016 showcased this bike. It will draw power from the parallel-twin, four-stroke, DOHC, 300 cc mill that will push out 35 Bhp of power and 27Nm of peak torque. This is the first ever fully-faired bike from Benelli for the Indian market.
Benelli TRK 502 – The company introduced the TRK 502 model in the recently concluded 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. An in-line twin cylinder, four-stroke, liquid cooled 500 cc engine with 47 Bhp maximum power and 45 Nm of torque is fitted on this bike.
Benelli Naked T – This is one of the most beautifully carved motorcycles among Benelli vehicle. The Delhi Auto Expo 2016 facelifted the model. This comes with a single cylinder, four-stroke, four-valves, double spark, air-cooled, 135 cc engine. This engine produces 12 Bhp Maximum power and 10.8 Nm of power torque.
Benelli BX 250 – Benelli has filled the unexplored category with its first off-roading machine BX250. Its muscular design and ruggedness is expected to attract the youth a lot in India. a single-pot motor with fuel injection and timing system with overhead and double camshaft. The engine will be tuned to churn out 25 Bhp and 21Nm of power and torque, respectively.
