New Delhi: Govt of India is planning for a budget extends for AP Capital Amaravati. Recent it has been announced by central Govt to provide Rs 1,500 crore financial support to build up Andhra Pradesh’s new capital.

In the official report released on last Monday, it was stated that out of the total, Rs 500 crore against the construction of Assembly, Secretariat, Raj Bhavan and High Court. Remaining Rs 1000 crore will be for setting up of basic amenities in the new capital “Amaravati”.

The fund will be released under section of 94 (3) as Andhra Pradesh reorganization Act 2014. Indian government states that, this special announcement will be a financial support to build up new capital of Andhra Pradesh state. For this entire process essential approval has been given to Ministry of Urban Development.

Prior to this, current AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had appealed for a financial support in order to give assistance for success of Andhra Pradesh. However it was turned off by Union government.  Again on Monday, Ministry of Finance & India government agreed to enlarge Rs 1,500 crore for setting up new capital of AP.

Apart from all these construction works, Govt of AP came up with many new proposals for development in all possible and necessary sectors.

On the other hand, CM Chandrababu Naidu previously set his vision towards developing Amaravati like Singapore. Along with this process he also went to Singapore for a 2 day visit. Last year, Andhra Pradesh was bifurcated to create Telangana which is India’s 29th state.
