Sairat film is one of the biggest Marathi superhit blockbuster, which got huge fame, is now going to remade in Tamil.

Marathi film industry seems to be evolving with each passing day. And a pure example of its growing limits is how Nagraj Manjule’s latest film Sairat has turned out to be a blockbuster at the box office.

As per source, recently, critics and industry celebrities who have seen the movie the special screening at PVR in Chennai have raved about the film and lauded the stunning performance of its lead pair, Rinku Rajguru, and Akash Thosar. Sources say that Rockline Venkatesh is currently holding talks with several filmmakers to adapt the film for local audiences and the producer is planning to commence the principal shoot in August.

The movie tells the tale of a fisherman’s son, a Kale, and a landlord’s daughter, a Patil, who fall in love. To escape the violence and trauma from their neighbors, they run away to Hyderabad. After getting married and having a child together, the story focuses on their marriage and the way their roles in the relationship evolve.
