US: Satya Nadella, Microsoft CEO is awarded with “Champions of Change” for his employee supportive work plans that benefits both the organization and employees.

Microsoft’s CEO Satya Nadella who is 47-years-old is declared to be honoured with “Champions of Change” award today. At White House, US President Barak Obama plans to appreciate Satya with this award for his extended support to working families by changing working system in Microsoft.

Recently Microsoft announced that, over the next year it will change the work system to enter into various kinds of business. For this, it has decided to start business with new suppliers of America. The employees of Microsoft will have to work with those suppliers. CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella has decided to provide every year at least 15 days paid leave to their employees those who handle work at Microsoft.

As per White House, “President Obama remains focus on middle class economics-adhering to the simple idea that economy works best when it’s working for everyone”.
