Hyderabad, 4 May: Telugudesam Party, TDP chief and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu confirm Mahanadu Meet at Gandipet in Hyderabad from 27th May to 29th May 2015.
Hyderabad will be the stage for TDP Mahanadu Meet. TDP supremo and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has planned to hold the party’s biennial Mahanadu meet at Hyderabad.
AP CM has taken decision in politburo meeting to organize the meet at regular place Gandipet from 27th May to 29th May. CBN has taken the decision to check the slide in the party ranks in Telangana state for GHMC elections which will be held in December 2015. TDP has decided to boost the party cadre in the state with this meet for GHMC elections also.
TDP party facing tough time at Telangana state, it has only 5 MLAs out of 15, in addition several MLCs are quit the TDP and joined in the ruling party TRS. However the Chndrababu Naidu and other senior leaders are trying to salvage TDP in the state.
Party leader Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy said to reporters that,” The party meeting will be organized at Hyderabad, the decision has taken at polit bureau meeting and planned for establishing set up at Hyderabad for huge meets”.
The party leaders has decided to conduct the TDP Mahanadu at Gandipet Hyderabad for three days earlier it was two days , but now they decided to conduct it for three days at Telangana state to expose their strength at Telangana. Party leaders are also discussed about various issues at polit bureau meeting along with strengthening the party, welfare schemes.
