Chennai: Tamil star Dhanush will be seen as a powerful political leader in his upcoming film Kodi which si being directed by ace filmmaker Durai Senthilkumar.

Till now, Dhanush played many powerful roles through his films and now he ready to entertain his fans as well as all audience as a politician with his upcoming film i.e. Kodi. Durai Senthilkumar is directing this ‘Kodi’ film and it will come on theatres soon with new energy.

According to a source who closed to the film, unit revealed that the movie ‘Kodi’ was a high voltage political entertainer. Dhanush will be appeared as an aspiring politician and give huge entertainment to the movie lovers.

Sources also stated that film will follow the Amaidhi Padai lines and others. Dhanush also said, “It is a political film, but more elements also here to entertain the mass audience”.
